  2. Arrive at the chosen location at the scheduled time. 

  3. Our trained professionals will guide you for the best possible experience.

  4. We will need access to your arm and collect 2-4 small vials of blood dependent on your package.

  5. The procedure is quick and virtually painless, taking only a couple of minutes.

  6. You will receive your results when they are available and if you’ve selected an add-on e-consult, select the timeslot that fits you best.

  • Since drawing blood slightly lowers blood pressure, some people may feel lightheaded or faint. Our trained professionals are experienced in handling such situations and will ensure your safety and well-being.

  • Your test will be conducted in a laboratory that is part of the OLVG hospital, which follows strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure the highest level of safety.

  • Most of our customers take a blood test to monitor their health, and in nearly all cases, results do not indicate urgent concerns. However, if our laboratory detects any alarming values, a doctor will contact you directly. This only happens when immediate medical support is required, and your general practitioner needs to be informed. Rest assured, you are in good hands. 

  • Through our website, you can pay securely via iDeal, credit card, or PayPal. Please note that we do not accept payments on location. In some cases, you may be eligible for reimbursement—check with your insurance provider for details. We recommend checking with your provider for details.
